“THE LAST WISH”
"THE LAST WISH"
My first lead role in a movie!
So it's official! I signed the contract,
received the script and started rehearsals for the martial arts drama
"THE LAST WISH". Filming of my first lead role begins in mid-May.
The film is about the reconciliation between a son and his mother.
The mother is lying on her death bed, and her last wish is to see her handicapped son walk.
The irony - her handicapped son used to be a Martial Arts World Champion.
He had everything - physique, stamina, strength, money, fans, and most importantly, self-motivation.
But after an unfair battle one night - the "champ" lost everything,
including his ability to walk.
Eventually we see him regain this ability...but most importantly,
we see him regain the motivation, which he lost that one crucial night.
And this motivation is triggered by his mother's dying wish...

Arnold Classic
just got back from the Arnold weekend and all i have to say is WOW!!!
it was so much more then i expected .....over 700 vendors and over 150,000 people in one weekend!
i sign over 750 autograph pics myself.....my fingers are sore lol
the Olympia weekend is a baby compared to the Arnold !!
it was more a family crude and i love the way this people appreciate all the athletes! and me!
Arnold took his time to swing by the big boots and make an appearance
for the first time i got to meet the reall Arnold and finely shake his hand! ;-)
i work hard ...... party hard and it was by far one of the best weekends in my life!!

FITNESS AMERICA weekend
fitness America weekend was amazing
this year they had over 65 beautiful women's from all over the world
and i got the pleasure to be a part of that show
it was my first time hosting a show by myself and to be honest it wasn't easy
between looking at the text on the papers to the tight bodies on this girls i almost forgot what i was spouse to say lol
just kidding ..... ;-) over all i had a blast and an amazing experience, and i cant wait to be a part of the fitness America again.

Las Vegas Classic RESULT!
from left to right 5th, 3rth, 1st ,2nd ,4th i know what u thinking ;-) yes i got ripped again ......
the Vegas classic this year was one hard show, it was a week before the
nationals so lots of big guys come to compete in that show. I got the 3th place
in the light heavyweight division.
I was a 198 pound and the cut of for this weight division was 198 1/4 so i
was big and full but i hold some water in my lower back and gluts, i didn't want
to mess with the diuretics this time but i guess i was wrong, if i would have i
would probably end up with the 1st place
but this is bodybuilding and in this sport u never stop learning ;-)

it was a great feeling to go back and do the Nevada show again, the last time I compete in that show was 4 years ago, this show was one of the hardest I've done!, I had 14 guys in my class alone and they all were in great shape ! but I was %100 ready and I was in the best shape of my life %2.9 body fat , 196 pound and hard as a rock! there is no better felling to defend my title after 4 years and win 1st place!. I want to say special thank you for all my fans, family friends ,and sponsor , you are the reason why im #1 !!

L.A competition RESULT!
that's my first show as a heavey weight
competing in the n.p.c and im happy from the result ! to
get 5 place heavy weight division its not an easy thing
to do, it was one week from the u.s.a competition so lots
of big name guys were there i was 208 pound, and this division
is up to 225 pound ... so my goal for next year is to be
218 -220 pound on stage. I want to say special thank you
for all my fans, family friends ,and sponsor , you are the
reason why i can be successful in all I do !!

When in the beggining of 2006 photographer George Kontaxis
met male fitness model Rico Elbaz regarding an upcoming
fitness photoshoot project, they had no idea where their
creative cooperation would lead to.
After many more photoshoots with Rico himself and stunning
fitness models posing with him under George's creative direction,
and after doing a number of photoshoots all over Nevada
in breathtaking locations, they realized they had created
an incredible amount of beautiful art images.

in my life!

I got pick up by my friends to see the show LA FEMME at the MGM
and all I have to say is YYUUMMYY what a show SEXY SEXY SEXY
if you in Vegas you got to see that show !!

we got the whole VIP area
with my favorite drinks and my favorite people

we drive to my friend house
there we had some entertainment from from Cirque"de Soleil
10+ show
after the show we go upstairs to the night club in the house
(yes they had night club in the house its more like a mention
not a house lol )
there I had my cake and my gift opening

the DJ was in the backyard play the best music ever
and now it was the time to get naked and jump to the spa and really
relax ;-)
what a way to finish a birthday
i want to say thank you to all my friends and fans for giving
me the best birthday ever

The First Annual Vegas Prom !
it was one of the classiest parties
I have ever been to.
the party was hold in the GREEN VALLEY RANCH pool.
when you walk in to the party you had to wear white tuxedo
to get in ,and the girls had to wear nice classy dresses
.
when you walk in you had to walk on the red carpet ,then
on the bottom of the carpet was the TV channel and the news
that take pictures to verity of deferent TV shows
around 11:00pm they had the prom king and queen of the night
competition and one of my good friends won .... cong rats
baby you are a doll....
it was my first prom ever in my life and let me tell you
I WANA DO IT AGAIN, AND AGAIN, AND AGAIN, .......
we need parties like that more often in Vegas !

Black and White party
I was one of the model for M.A.C cosmetics
@ SKIN the palms hotel pool.
I was painted by the MAC artists that work about 3 hours
to finish the job, and they did amazing work on me ,I had
the logo VIVA GLAM painted on me ,then they fill the logo
with SWAROVSKI CRYSTALS, it was so cool !. the avant was
SO WILD, tons of deferent costumes and cool outfits and
so much food from the best restaurants in Vegas ,it was
the wild side of Halloween lol with the mix of the coolest
people in the world ! if next time you in Vegas don't miss
this party

just want to tell you about the wax
Museum in Vegas at the Venetian hotel
I live here for many years now and this is the first time
I sow this place
its so amazing you can touch ,hug ,and feel ....... the
imitations looks so real its like been there with real pepole
if you in Vegas you have to see this !

NATURAL MUSCLE MAGAZINE !
! The cover of the magazine, Muscle Natural
is finely out. As I said, after I come back from Miami it
would be out soon, and would look great. I hope you, my
friends and fans, will like it as much as I do. I think
even the magazine knew who the real first place winner in
the South Beach competition really was! ;-). You can find
the mag in Gold's Gym,24 Hour Fitness, and GNC stores. Once
again, if you"ve got the copy of the mag bring it with
you to Vegas and I will sign it for you !!

south beach musclemania !
Hi guys - I am back in Vegas and got some
good and bad news... Good news, I had a great time in Miami
and i won 1st place in the South Beach model quest . This
was the first time for me in Miami- and I think i love the
place almost as much as Vegas . Now the bad news is, I got
3rd place in the Musclemania event. I entered the show in
perfect condition, ripped and perfectly balanced , but i
guess it wasn`t enough.
Another good thing was that I met one of
the most beautiful girls in Miami ,and now one of my good
friends Danielle,and we both made the cover of Natural Muscle
magazine. One of these 3 pictures will be the cover. http://www.naturalmuscle.net

Because my babies have there birthday
a few days apart I did their birthday party on the Same
day. We start the day by going to the park and playing with
all the dogs. I had so many treats for all the dogs in the
park,and we had such a great time. Than I got them a tasty
steak from Outback ,and believe me they ate the whole thing
lol. We got home and I had few friends coming over with
there dogs,so I got a big cake with there name's on it it
was so funny watching the dogs go crazy all day ...
but I guess this is what birthdays are for.
!!!!
